Most courses run for a duration of 8-10 weeks. It's a progressive routine, a great way to build confidence in a level atmosphere.

Belly Dance
Radiate your feminine beauty and discover fitness and fun through the ancient art of Belly Dance. This workshop is suitable for all ages and sizes and will help tone your body, burn calories, increase flexibility and posture. Discover a dance art rich in physical, spiritual and emotional benefits which once mesmerize the Pharaohs of Ancient Egypt. Let the genie out of the bottle and embrace the sensual playful aspect of yourself.
WHAT TO WEAR: Loose comfortable flowing clothes.
Burlesque Showgirl
Open yourself to the sensual aspect of dance. Discover the fantasy and glamour of Burlesque. This workshop is designed with moves and exercise to awaken your own rhythm style and grace. Using visualization, breath and movement, this class begins with a slow paced yoga influenced warm up followed by isolations and concludes with a saucy routine. Suitable all shapes and sizes and anyone who wants to release your inner Enchantress in an empowering and supportive environment.

Booty Dance
Radiate the confidence and sensuality as seen by the likes of Shakira and Beyonce on the dance floor. This workshop is strictly for booty dancing in clubs. Starting with a warm up and stretch we then explore all manner of movement for your sexy booty and release your inner sex kitten. It is surprisingly easy and lots of fun. Suitable for all dance levels and for anyone who wants to gain confidence in nightclub dancing.

Funk/Hip Hop
Empower your derriere by mastering the art of popping, locking, shaking and gyrating. This class will breakdown all isolations and compound movements for the booty and concludes with a sexy routine. Radiate the sensual confidence of the PCD, Shakira, and Beyonce. Great for a workout, for the dance floor or some good clean fun.

Latin Fusion
Do you want to enjoy Latin Music without a partner? Then this work shop is for you. Latin fusion is a combination traditional Latin moves, and modern popular choreography. This dance can be done to traditional Latin, pop and Latin pop music. Enjoy the limitless ways to lose yourself in the beautiful rhythms of South America. This class is suitable for all ages and all levels of dance.
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable fun dance wear and shoes.
Kids Hip Hop / Funk (8 - 10 yo)
Hip Hop / Funk is a fun class for boys and girls to learn in a level atmosphere to dance like the stars in the latest video clips on MTV. Drawing from the likes of Justin Timberlake, Fergie, Rihanna and Chris Brown, I create a fitness friendly, progressive routine that builds confidence, coordination, and character. We learn one routine over the whole term and on the last day perform it to the parents. The class goes for one hour and is composed of warm up, isolation, routine and warm down.
